PROJECT OVERVIEW

As a graphic designer, you’re mainly asked to do two things: logos and posters. It just so happens that I prefer posters over logos.

I find myself most often inspired by humor, film, and music. If an artist I love comes out with a song that tells a certain story, I make a poster. If I watch a movie that I resonate with, I make a poster. After the death of the social media platform Twitter, I started making a list of things I wanted to tweet and would make posters for them instead.

Apart from my own work, I will occasionally make posters for real-life events. I live by the philosophy that there is enough ugly design in the world, and I encourage you to hire a designer before making your event poster yourself.
