Associate Creative Director
Community Manager PROJECT OVERVIEW
I started as a Community Manager and worked my way up to Associate Creative Director at Pixel Bakery, an award-winning multidisciplinary production studio that tells brand stories through motion design, animated explainers, and video production.
With a team of talented designers, we created immersive, motion-centric content across various mediums and campaigns, from websites to social channels.
As Community Manager at Pixel Bakery, I managed their social channels. In collaboration with my team, I created organic social campaigns that aimed to position us as a fun, relatable creative studio. I also used our social channels to showcase skills that could reach potential clients and show what we could achieve for them.

A local production company, Story Find Films, approached Pixel Bakery and asked us to create the theme for the 2024 Creative Nebraska awards. This was an exciting opportunity to develop something completely from scratch, with few client constraints. We used this opportunity to push creative boundaries, express ourselves as creatives, and collaborate. We chose a theme that paid homage to creativity in advertising, using different animation styles to represent the field's diverse creative approaches.

We were excited about the opportunity to tell this story and highlight the positive impact on our planet that comes with shopping refurbished through Verdi.
After the project wrapped, Pixel Bakery used the animation assets to design a web banner for Verdi’s homepage. This tied the explainer video to the rest of Verdi’s branding.
